need a room to rent in Viera, Florida

I am in the Cape Canaveral area and I am looking for a room to rent. I will pay 400.00 a month I have a check that I get on the 1st of every month. I am looking for a clean non pillhead non boose hound in this area to rent from. I am a 38 year old male and I do get payed on the 1st of the month every month so there will b no problems with my money. I do want to stay in the cape canaveral area.
